1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the online language school (hereinafter referred to as “the Provider”) and any individual wishing to use the services (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”).
Lessons are conducted online by two teachers: Marion and Elena.
2. Services
The Provider offers:
- French lessons (all levels)
- Ukrainian lessons
- Exam preparation (including DELF)
All lessons are one-to-one, online, interactive, and tailored to each student’s level and goals.
3. Booking and Payment
Any booking implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Lessons must be booked in advance, subject to the teachers’ availability.
Payment is required before the lesson or lesson package takes place.
All prices are listed on the website and are fixed and non-negotiable.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- If notice is given within this timeframe → the lesson may be rescheduled at no extra cost
- Late cancellations or no-shows → the lesson is considered due and non-refundable
5. Late Arrival
If the Client is late, the lesson will end at the originally scheduled time.
If the Provider is late, the missed time will be compensated or rescheduled.
6. Validity of Lesson Packages
Lesson packages must be used within a specified period from the date of purchase (to be defined, e.g. 3 or 6 months).
After this period, unused lessons may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed.
7. Responsibility
The Provider is committed to delivering high-quality, personalized teaching.
However, results also depend on the Client’s personal effort. No specific results can be guaranteed.
8. Intellectual Property
All teaching materials (documents, presentations, exercises) remain the property of the Provider.
They are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior permission.
9. Personal Data
Personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of providing the services.
It will not be sold or shared with third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking legal action.
11. Acceptance
Booking a lesson implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
